Diponegoro National Hospital (RSND), in collaboration with PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, conducted a First Aid (P3K) training program on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at the Diponegoro University (Undip) Tembalang Project. This activity was a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing workforce competence and preparedness in responding to workplace emergencies.

The training featured Dr. Taufan Pramadika, Sp.An, as the main speaker and Bakhtiar Rifai, S.Kep, as the practical instructor. RSND also assigned Dr. Krama Setia Ramadhan, a resident physician from the RSND Specialist Medical Education Program (PPDS), to support the smooth implementation of the training.

The program was comprehensively designed, combining theoretical sessions with hands-on practice to ensure participants gained both conceptual understanding and practical skills. The training agenda included an opening session, pre-test, material presentation, practical exercises, post-test, and closing session.

Through this activity, participants are expected to understand the fundamental principles of first aid, perform first aid procedures appropriately, quickly, and safely, and enhance their readiness in handling emergency situations in the workplace.
